About the Property
Our beautiful villa is fully air conditioned and has a large open-plan ground floor consisting of a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a water chiller / dispenser and a separate dining area with seating for 6. The comfortable living area has two large sofas, coffee tables, satellite TV and DVD player and is tastefully decorated throughout. There is a cloakroom / wc on the ground floor.
Two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto the pool terrace which has a high quality rattan table and seating for six, ideal for alfresco dining. The private pool is 70m2 with roman steps at the shallow end. The sun terrace around the pool has sunbeds and umbrellas for six people and catches the sun throughout the whole day.
A further patio door leads to a small terrace with table and chairs at the rear of the property overlooking a wooded area, ideal for watching the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite and a house bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has its own large terrace with rattan table and chairs and superb views of the mountains.
The location of the villa is particularly attractive as it is one of just two exclusive villas standing alone (not part of a complex) in peaceful surroundings but with the benefit of being only 5 mins walk on the flat to Hisaronu town centre where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets. It is a perfect base for families to explore the beautiful surrounding area and to take advantage of the many activities on offer.
About the Area
Fifteen years ago, there were only a few houses here but now it is a lively resort in its own right. Due to the planning restrictions and lack of space to expand in Ölüdeniz itself, many holidaymakers now stay in this lively village. It is in a stunning location, surrounded by stunning pine-clad mountains, and hotels are all built in the local style, low rise, mostly with rooms set in villa-style blocks and decorative wooden balconies. The beach of Ölüdeniz is just a short dolmush ride away (approx. 15 minutes), and the town of Fethiye is also very close, approximately the same distance away in the opposite direction. You can, however, easily spend your time in Hisarönü , lazing by the pool, and venturing out at the night to sample international or local fare in one of the many restaurants or visit its lively bars playing music well into the early hours. There are plenty of shops with a wider range on offer than in Ölüdeniz itself.
